Gliding

It was supposed to be a bee macro.

I had a good shot ready. And there I sat, minding my own business, when my husband suddendly asked "how did the sun set so quickly?". I looked up and saw the balloon glide by, blocking the setting sun. It was maybe 100 meters away, ending an evening's flight to the large field opening under our balcony.

Too bad I did not catch the last flames.
