Signs of spring

After al the rain and local destruction it was lovely to hear this wee chap sing a spring song before he headed to roost for the night.  Still far too wet to mow my lawns or even weed the garden.  My 2 week garden challenge is almost a week through and I've done nothing more than when I set myself the challenge.  That's mother nature for you.

Still in a state of emergency, still can't really go anywhere as we've been asked to limit travel to essential travel only (though there are plenty of cars on the roads) and still more reports of red-stickered houses.
