Wound up in Wexford

Roses

We drove back to Norfolk to pick up the last few items from our house - we'd just bundled them all into the garage when we ran out of time and energy on Sunday.

A farewell chat to our lovely neighbour A, who "rescued" our roses a few months ago, and has been tending them with much more care than we had given them recently.  They have rewarded her with abundant flowers.  We locked up and posted our last key through the letter box - though A has one in case of emergencies.

A quick trip to the supermarket for a few essential supplies, then we visited the quite recently opened Norwich Gridserve electric forecourt, and topped up our battery, before driving back to our lodgings and unloading the car.

Over the next couple of weeks we have to pare down the stuff a little, and maybe pack the boxes even fuller, so it all fits in the car - we can't do with having to make two trips over the Irish Sea.
