Old Friend

My friend T along at Joppa Rocks. After chatting some more after breakfast we went out for a walk along the beach. T is a keen birdwatcher and was delighted to see a few local birds, including a decent sized flock of Redshanks and Turnstones quite close to the footpath. The rain held off and Porty was looking good, with an interesting changing sky. We chatted about this and that and she had lunch before heading off, back to stay with her nephew in Fife before flying back to Ireland to stay with her mum for a couple more weeks before she heads back to NZ and to start  a new job. It was lovely to catch up again after all this time.
