Grey Heron

Felt a bit guilty today as I was a little later getting up to the loch. The young one was waiting on the viewing platform in the heavy rain. She was absolutely soaked. The upside was that she was the only one at that end of the loch so apart for a little pollock which the crows got she had a sizable feed. I then went to the clearing and fed the male who called to me as he landed. The really young one flew over to a point just passed the clearing and got her feed.
It was the same 3 this afternoon only they were all at the clearing end of the loch.
