Slim pickings

…… at Cliffe Pools RSPB this afternoon, this scruffy young goldfinch was seeking sustenance from the thistle down amongst the  parched earth. Thanks to Cailleach for hosting wild Wednesday.
It was hot again today, we kept it simple, with a pootle around Rochester in the morning
