Co-Grandparents

Mike and I made ourselves scarce today, to allow the other grandparents, aunt, and two cousins some time with Eden - they had driven all the way up from Bedford for the day. Last time we met was at Gracie's funeral, so it was lovely to come back in time to eat dinner together at this happier occasion.

Gratefuls:
- an all-day English breakfast in Chorlton-cum-Hardy
- a wander round Bramhall Park and beautiful Bramall Hall (built around 1370), where Mike and his siblings played as kids - extra
- a robin singing to us as we entered the Park, and picking loads of fat blackberries as we walked round - all so English and so green and so much water in the stream and lakes - must be hard to believe in global warming when you live round there...
