Meant to take a photo before cutting but got carried away with the eating! Broccoli & blue cheese tart, incredibly yummy. Inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi, adapted by me! Exam 1 of 5 today, no matter how the marks for that turn out I can say I created a tasty tart :)
