Mono Abstract

Helen and I took the twins to their swimming lesson this morning. I have often wondered what good it would be at such a young age but can now see the point. They are quite relaxed in the water and don’t mind being briefly submerged. Rather than coughing and spluttering like older kids, they seem to naturally hold their breath and find it quite fun.

Then I went to the physio (lifting heavy kids plays havoc with the back) before catching the train back to the mountains.

We are going to the pub for the Thursday special (2 mains for price of one) tonight seeing Rotary was transferred to Wednesday this week and Mr isbi is available to eat the second meal :-)
