The Sun

Ishmael was never sure of his future or what he might have to go through. He would never know if he would make it through the day and if he would ever be completely safe again. He always faced uncertainty. But, through it all there was always a constant, something that was there each day. The sun was his guide that he could always count on being there and would give him comfort, especially when he had nothing else to rely on.
