Roses in the rain.

Inspite of the heat, lack of rain and burnt lawn, my “Simply the Best” rose has produced two lovely new blooms Living up to its name!
It was raining all morning and I’d taken the photo not long after breakfast when it wasn’t too bad.
Unexpected visitor this morning dropped by and left just before lunch.
We had my friend Bobbie here after lunch and she left just before teatime.
That was followed by a long phone call from my sister.
So I am behind with blips today.
