J’s birthday today, she is modelling a new shower cap. In an impressionistic way.

Notwithstanding cistern issues (solved) and the usual hospital trip, it’s been a good day. If we cannot go out to a restaurant then we can have a restaurant at home. This evening I cooked fragrant lamb kofta curry, and if I say so myself - it was damned good.
