A Decent Amount

......... at last we had several hours of very welcome rain at a steady pace rather than a torrential downpour followed by dry weather again. I think the surface ground is still very hard as I have heard of one or two flooded roads from run-off water but, thankfully, I don’t think it was too serious. We could still do with more but it will do for a start ;-)
