Decorating the living room - day 11

Finally! We can sit in comfort!

This morning I ripped up the remaining laminate flooring and had a trip to the tip. The non-communicative flooring guy came at 1.30 pm with his young son in tow. The carpet was quickly laid and done very well.

It’s so amazing to finally have it all begin to come together. I’ve put up the curtain poles and hung the curtains and it’s beginning to get cosy. Lia have almost finished building the TV cabinet and it’s looking good.

I’m still waiting for the lights to arrive and I need to wood stain some of the furniture so it fits in with the decor and it’s almost done!

I even had time to go to Ford Green Hall with camera club!
