Strava Day 451. Indoor yoga, forest walk, mindful breakfast done. Read parts of A.S. Byatt's essay on "Envy." Learned that A.S. Byatt is female and that she just turned 86 a couple of days ago (after Googling her name).

Gramps went cycling, B, T and Gramma are all still asleep. Saw our dragonfruit bloom again, took a few photos and videos and will edit/share them in other platforms.
