Hands of the master

A friend and I visited a master sculptor yesterday. ( back blip). This woman is a legend. She’s been worked ng in clay for fifty plus years. Her work is very whimsical and fun. She is known for her figures, especially angels and funny women. I grew up knowing her mother, who I loved so much. It’s so funny bc Susan’s female figures look like her mother! :—) we are forming a little artists group to share what we do and to learn and explore. I am the novice and feel dreadfully inadequate but an so very humbled and honored to be included. I think we will have fun. There are 3 of us so far. My friend is a watercolorist. I paint some and do collage and mixed media. Another lady May join us. She paints in acrylic and also works with glass and resin. So far we enjoy being together. Look at the extras!
