Melbourne Hall

I went back to Melbourne Hall to go inside.

They are only open in August. The family still live there (with their five dogs). After the tourists have gone, the guides take down the ropes and barriers and they have their home back.

It’s wonderfully lived in, well worth a visit, and, as you know, the gardens are splendid.
