Cosmos and Bee

Woke up this morning to some drizzle, which I didn't think was forecast. After breakfast went off to Aerobics class, our last for a couple of weeks as our Instructor is taking a week off. A cup of coffee and a gossip after in S'bury's Café. A quick bit of shopping, before heading back home.

Celebrating an Anniversary today. It is 19 years ago , August Bank holiday weekend that my late husband and I moved to Barnstaple, here in North Devon. Because there was a delay in the purchasers money going through, the removal men only had time to unload our bed and a couple of chairs with a promise of arriving on Saturday with the rest of our belongings. Which they did. We walked around the corner to the Fish & Chip shop restaurant for supper and a glass of wine as I remember :-)

It was a good move as the neighbours are lovely, and we keep an eye on one another, to make sure all is well. 

My blip for today, is of one of the self seeded Cosmos, and I got photobombed by the bee :-)
