Writing this late ! Nothing new :-)

I was at the the Drs first thing as I’ve had a flare up in my left knee, making walking really difficult. It’s swollen , but not red or hot. I’m being referred for physio and maybe to the orthopaedic clinic.
I had to cancel the Monday morning yoga class.

Later we got our bags packed and I drove up to Glasgow. We had booked an Airbnb in the East End of Glasgow, near the iconic Barrowland.
We found the superb ‘ Obsession of India’ on trip advisor for our evening a meal . It was a short walk from the flat, which I could manage using a stick. We all had different vegetarian dishes, I had a vegetable biriyani. We were so impressed.
I had to stay up till midnight for Laurence to arrive on the London train. Tomorrow is his graduation.
