I've No Idea

I've no idea the meaning/message/significance of this graffiti on the metal shutters of the toilets on Valley Road.  The toilets have been closed for some time now and, in the present economic climate, I don't think they will re-open anytime soon.  At least these two images have a touch of talent to them - unlike the mindless efforts that preceded them.
