A bit of a walk

Was planning on doing an hour in the gym before doing the weekly shop but the sciatica was playing up so I went for a bit of a walk in Taylor Park. It was a lovely morning.
After this the sciatica seemed to have settled so off I went to Tesco.
Cleaned downstairs after lunch and pulled up a few weeds in the back garden.
