Reflections

A cool wet morning - welcome rain - so I baked bread. Then lunch with a friend. I’d been planning to meet some others at the Peterborough beer festival but it was still drizzly and really didn’t feel like beer weather to me so I opted out. A shame when we’ve had so much sun and heat. Early evening a watery sun finally emerged so I went for a walk round the park, enjoying the view upstream from the bridge.
