Octavius

This is Octavius, he's a very rare Melk Owl from Melk in Austria. When we visited Melk Abbey on our river cruise we walked back from the Abbey to the ship,  down the main street of Melk. About half way along the street was this fabulous pottery, outside the shop was Octavius and he was desperate to come and live in Killyleagh!!! So he came home with me - he has a friend,  Rolf, who is a rook, he stowed away in my suitcase too, and will appear in my blip journal the next time I have an emergency.
