Saturday Six

Dug out a bit, cut some of the roots replanted the space with some bulbs. Replaced using the compost from the first (of three) potato bag & scooped out the potatoes, all of 3 days worth!

Sat & looked at my boxes of seeds, need to think about what could plant & get started in September. Took a few OOD packets of annuals & mixed up, sprinkled over the bit with the bulbs & over the bit that has flowering annuals beginning to go to seed. Hopefully a few things will come up & maybe overwinter okay for a headstart next spring.

Not sure if I can get another round of carrots in this year?

Flowers from the garden. The mini sunflower has finally flowered & it has decided to turn its back on the sun. Lobelia flowering in the wheelbarrow. Love in the mist - love the flowers & the seedheads. Pot marigold flowering. Pink thingie bush & an alien looking type lily I got in a mixed bag.
