Newby Kipps

We went down to Peebles to bag a deleted Donald top today. It was warm and bright so walking was very pleasant up the Cross Borders Drove Road. The blip is looking over Glen Sax to Newby Kipps and Hundleshope Heights in the far left over the heather on our way to Kailzie Hill. The extra is the view back down the path from Kailzie Hill towards Peebles and the Pentlands. We then walked up Birks Hill, our objective, and on up to Birkscairn Hill where we could see Blencathra and Skiddaw to the south and Ben Lomond, Stobinian and Ben More to the north.
