Unique Opportunity

This old house has been on the market for ages. Prime location so the owner's are probably wanting too much for it. Peering through a side window I see signs of fire damage.

The white house on the left is a beautifully restored old cottage and is also for sale. Makes me think of Cornish miner's cottages. Don't know anything about it but this area was originally a settlement for the whalers who did their dastardly (they didn't know that) deads at the turn of last century.

Four houses down from the Yilki Deli, the Beach House Cafe and Pa's Fish Restaurant... it's a pretty good spot and over the road from the beach. They probably want close to a million for this poor old romantic wreck.

And I wouldn't have blipped it if the sky hadn't been glowing up a storm behind.
