Avila castle

Emblematic castle of this small and historic walled city, which seems more like a town. It's in Castilla León (northwest Spain).

During the drive from the east of Spain to Portugal, we stopped for an overnight break in a hotel five minutes walk from the grassed hill where I took this photo.
