Sri Lankan clinics

Berry was attacked by a beer bottle and needed stitches in his knee on our first night. The clinic left a little to be desired. After the previous patient had his groin operatated on, we were invited on to the couch, without it or the doctor''s hands being cleaned.

We didn't stay long.
