Tape

Our packers left rolls of tape all around the house.  And we had a few of our own that W was using to pack the stuff we were bringing in the car.

The net result is this collection of new and part used rolls that I collected up as we cleaned before leaving the house.  There's enough tape here to keep us supplied for a few years to come!

We have had a totally sedentary day.  Late up, poached eggs for breakfast, we planned a trip to the local Indian restaurant for an early dinner, but that's been put on hold as W has developed a mildly dicky tummy - didn't seem a good idea to challenge it with spicy food.  

I did manage to sort out the dry washing from yesterday, including ironing a few items that really look rough if not.  

I've also sussed out a place to set up the sewing machine - having something to keep me occupied will help my restlessness.  I have brought some hand quilting with me, but am currently a bit daunted by that, and struggling to get started.
