Love

I’ve made some treats for the boys. Melt some coconut oil and add a small quantity to a mould. Then add some almond butter, a blueberry and then fill the mould with more coconut oil. Then freeze. Once frozen pop them out of their mould and keep frozen. The boys love them. They get one a day.

I’ve done some more work in the garden. HtP popped round with a chilly plant that he’d bought this morning in the Winchester market. It’s now in the conservatory. Thank you.

The boys and I went for a nice walk and now we are all relaxing.
