A Happy Mix of a Day.

Amelia had skating this morning, learning new moves and the dress rehearsal for Tuesday’s Gala performance. She and her friend are skating together for one routine - Amelia in a yellow tutu and friend in a bright pink one. Each are also doing a solo. It all looked good and well synchronised. Granddad thought the tutu suited him! I had to cut a long dress short for Amelia for the Gala too. Sabrina had bought the princess dress in the sale at the Disney Shop and it is ideal for the routine she’s doing. It doesn’t even need hemming, just cutting, it doesn’t matter if it frays a bit.
Lucy went of to ballet and tap with her friend Freya who had a sleep over here last night. When she came home she helped me sort and fold the mountains of clean laundry and put her own clothes away.
In the afternoon Frank and I were in the hot tub with the girls - not relaxing with them two in with us but good fun!
I was also in Lucy’s Beauty parlour again - no photo this time!
I’m going to meet Marc tomorrow for a coffee and a catch up.
I haven’t had time pr peace to even think about a poem today!
I daresay something will come to me as I’m dropping off - it often does.
