Deauville parasols

we took an early ferry today from Portsmouth to Caen. We had an interesting diversion when leaving the ferry port when we happened to go over the 'pegasus' bridge (rather  a newer version of it) and by the cafe that was the first one to be liberated in France in WW2.   We then stopped to see the original bridge and look around the 'Pegasus Memorial museum' nearby. 
This evening after arriving at Deauville we had a walk along the beach. I loved all the parasols and was taking them using some ICM.
