Post shockwave pint

Went to the Vanbrugh Physiotherapy Clinic for my first shockwave treatment. It was like somone beating the sole of my foot with 100s of tiny hammers. Sharron said it would feel worse for a day or so, but I didn't realise how quickly it would feel worse. I was soon hobbling down the street, and I stopped at the River Ale House to rest (and buy some take-away beer) before slowly limping the rest of the way home.
