Sunset at Low Tide

The North Eastern side Tillamook Bay was very shallow at low tide tonight. I took this shot through the window of a moving car as we drove back to Portland tonight. The sun's rays seem to spread across the other side of the Bay strangely. This is the only photo I took today; it is an EB.

I woke up feeling great today; I was relieved to have my energy back after a day of being utterly exhausted yesterday. Since special guests are coming to the beach next weekend,  I spent extra time cleaning the house. We pruned some blackberry branches on the Holly tree; it was a double win because we got the pruning down and picked off the large juicy sweet Blackberries.

We picked Ellie up at 9:15 PM on our way home. Ellie was energetic and excited to be here,  and she wanted to tackle two more of the puzzles I bought last week. They were both 50 pcs, and one was extra challenging (for me), but Ellie seems to have an eye for spotting the pieces that go together, and she was done with each in about 10 minutes. I know I am prejudiced, but it seems she is advanced at 4 years old. I bought the 6 puzzles at a garage sale; I am impressed that not one piece was missing!!!
