Pray for Sichuan
The green tea is called "Mengdingganlu", from Sichuan, China. It means sweet drops at top of Meng Mountain.
Mostly use a glass for Chinese green tea. There are several ways of making tea, if the leaves are soft and small, first pour some hot water (about 75-80C, not boiled), and put tea leaves little by little into the glass. Then wait until the leaves are going down.
The aroma is so fresh. Watch the leaves dropping slowly. That's one of the happiest moment in spring to early summer.
The production area, Meng Mountain is located near Ya'an where had massive earthquake lately. I asked my friend living in Beijing to buy the leaves when she returned to Kobe this week. ?She went to my tea master's place and bought the leaves for me.
The relationship between our 2 countries are not good lately, but I want to pray for people having deep grief in Sichuan.
