Well, I managed to walk around the block with James (son) and Neil (husband) today, and take a picture of flowers in a neighbour's garden. That's better than yesterday.

I had a busy few days last week, and I can only think that's the problem. I try to pretend I don't have CFS any more but some times it's harder to kid myself than other times. 

At least it's cooler now, which is pleasant.
