So Berkeley!

It could be a joke or an art project — but that is the real Berkeley city seal in the upper left corner, and when I called the number this morning, the voicemail said it was the City of Berkeley complaints department and I should leave a message with my “grievance.” I refrained from doing so, since all my grievances are with much larger entities at a higher level of government — like the Supreme Court and the GOP.
