Rose

We went to the park for lunch today to get away from the helicopter that is flying over and over and over my daughters area from the Notting Hill Carnival. It was quiet over the last two years and now it’s back. My daughter dreads it every year. It was the same yesterday too. There is no parking in the streets around here this weekend but I am not bothered as I sold my car last summer. It’s quite a walk long to the carnival from here.

This rose is from the front garden and smells wonderful. The extra is the sunflower finally opening up but is much smaller than last year’s one.
