Quirky

This bottle opener was made from a nut glued on to a sturdy hardwood handle. My husband brought it home from a conference in the days when he worked in the offshore oil industry. It has been doing sterling duty in our house for at least 30 years. I wish I knew what kind of glue they used. 

The extra shows it in its proper habitat.
