Greek Salad

Not just any old Greek salad though, one with our home grown tomatoes and green pepper!  Trying to get back into eating in again after the holidays. Today we managed! Tomorrow might be another story. Overnight-soaked oats and fruit for breakfast, cheese and tomatoes on toast, late lunch (ultimate comfort food when melted under the grill) and Greek salad tonight on the patio for dinner.  During the day I did Aptis on the patio - a nice home office!  Bb's easing himself gently back into work mode.
