New Road Signs

These two road signs have just appeared on one of the main roads leading in to the City, and we wondered whether they were erected by different traffic departments. It is true you could reach the Meadows in either direction, but in each case the journey is more than a mile, and it that is not an obvious location - the top one takes you through the village of Grantchester, but the bottom one takes you in to the City of Cambridge - and the inevitable confusion in finding the way out to Trumpington Meadows!!
