I did go down to Dysart for a reality check, to get some fresh sea air, and to remind myself that living by the sea is a privilege (after 2 weeks in central Bavaria).

How many people in Scotland go 2 weeks without seeing the sea?

I thought most of the boats would be in the water by now, but mostly not. I think it depends on insurance. Anyway, plenty harbour rats busy with paintbrushes .
