Lichfield Cathedral

Went to Lichfield today to meet up with an old college friend. We've known each for 28 years!!

It's a very pretty town with an enormous cathedral!

It's one of those town which still retains a few independent shops and cafes, which is unusual.

I had some fun taking shots of the cathedral, and it has some fantastic gargoyles (another blip time). I chose this as I felt it was a different view of the spires. The orbs on the top must have been "polished" recently they were gleaming!!
