Gnarly old Horse Chestnut tree.

I took my camera out on my Nordic walk this morning and the scenery was lovely but the cloud cover made the light very flat. Typical!
I went for another walk this afternoon and didn't bother taking my camera and of course the sun came out! So, one of my iPhone pics for you again!
I just love this amazing tree! It sits on the edge of a lake on The Castle Ashby estate.
I think I may sleep well tonight! 8 miles walked today. :-)
