Met up with my friend S early this afternoon for a walk. We started by a disused part of a canal, where the wooden sluice was in very poor condition and the water was completely covered in green algae. Couldn't find a path to follow the main canal, it was blocked by an industrial site, but we had nice stroll through a park and some allotments, and had time for a cuppa before returning home. Thanks Marlieske for the derelict challenge.
Pigeon deterrent is working well so far!
