I was quite pleased that I managed to get up and out for my morning walk today.  When I looked back on everything I see that I haven’t done the morning walk since early May - which is a lot longer than I thought. I was glad I went out across Cannon Hill common, looked at the ducks and back home for breakfast before my first meeting of the day.
