Great White Egret on Frampton Court lake

I heard that Great white Egrets had been seen on Court Lake at Frampton Court so went to see for myself. The lake was quiet and warning signs in the park said that dangerous algae were infesting the water, which is poisonous to both dogs and humans.

It was very quiet and delightfully peaceful. I only saw half a dozen people in the time I was there.

I saw a Great White Egret standing in the shallows on the far side of the lake. I know it is hardly discernible but I wanted to show this tranquil scene.
