Change of plan

Sister Judith’s plan to drive up from Somerset had to be changed and she had to travel by bus to Bristol, then coach to London, then train. It was a long day for her, so she was pleased to find me waiting at the station ready to transport her on the last leg of her journey to our house.
Judith is with us to join in the celebrations for our Diamond anniversary which is on Thursday, We are hosting a lunch at the golf club on the day with lots of friends gathering. A large bouquet of flowers arrived this morning. Norman ordered them from the local florist.
Meanwhile cards have started arriving, So exciting.
