Stitching

Well I have had a sewing day today and, amongst other things, I have caught up with the 52 flags/postcards. Sometimes I do not get round to doing one each week and then have to catch up. So, there is a stylised tree and a seaside scape using all sorts of scraps of fabric. The third one is using a Heart Stitch - I quite enjoyed this, once I got the hang of it. I certainly liked using a beautiful hand-dyed variegated thread which I bought at the show in London. This last one is number 34/52 - that's a little scary isn't it.
