Sunflower

In the morning we visited my mum in the care home , and took her a beautiful bunch of flowers.
Then we went into town and I shared a women’s only yoga class at the multicultural association.
The class has already developed a regular group which is lovely.

Later on I went to the allotment to water the greenhouse and pick some green beans. There are some beautiful and varied sunflowers in our plot. They are a smile in a flower.
